First Year

2015 was the Bandstand’s first season as a refurbished venue.  The HADO (Heritage and Audience Development Officer), funded through Heritage Lottery Fund, delivered a varied and diverse programme of activities through the Summer Season. The Season was produced in partnership with Glasgow Life, and its range of events and activities shows some of the different ways that the bandstand can be used to engage with different users and audiences.

Visit the Glasgow Life website to find out about programmed events for this season and the next, whether they are free, and how to buy tickets for the pay events.
